What we collect

• Account: email and authentication data (Supabase).
• Inputs: links you paste, photos you upload (products, avatars, references) and creative descriptions — used only to generate your videos.
• Payments: handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
• Usage: generation records (job id, parameters, status, cost) to power your library.

How generation works

Your inputs are sent to AI model providers (e.g. fal.ai model endpoints) to render your videos. They are used to fulfil your request, not to build advertising profiles.

Storage and retention

Videos and uploads live in EU-hosted storage (Supabase, eu-central-1). Delete your account and we delete your data within 30 days.

Access, correction, export and deletion — email hello@ugcmaker.app. We don't sell personal data. Cookies are limited to authentication.
