1. The service

UGCMaker (“we”, “the service”) generates AI video advertisements from links, photos and text you provide. Videos are produced by AI models; creators shown are synthetic and do not depict real endorsements.

2. Credits and payment

Generation is paid per video via one-time credit purchases. Credits never expire and are not a subscription. Prices are shown before checkout. Because each generation consumes third-party compute the moment it runs, delivered videos are non-refundable; failed generations do not consume credits or are re-credited.

3. License and ownership

You own the videos you generate and receive a worldwide, perpetual commercial license, including paid advertising. We may showcase anonymized outputs unless you ask us not to.

4. Your content and responsibilities

• You confirm you hold the rights to links, product photos and faces you upload (upload your own face or one you are licensed to use).
• No illegal, deceptive, or infringing use; no ads that violate the target platform's policies; product claims in your inputs must be truthful.
• AI-generated content may require disclosure under local law and platform rules — that responsibility is yours.

5. Service limits

Outputs are probabilistic; minor artifacts can occur. We provide the service “as is”, with liability capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
